Group Chief Executive Officer
Stephen is an accomplished telecoms industry leader with over 30 years’ experience, he has some of the biggest names under his belt. After getting a taste for telecoms as an apprentice at Yorkshire Electricity Board, he went on to hold senior roles in general management, sales leadership, marketing and organisational integration for recognised industry players including Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, AT&T and Technicolor.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter has over 20 years leadership experience in growing PE/VC backed telecoms and technology businesses including COLT Telecom Group, Cambridge Broadband Networks and AeroMobile. He has significant experience of raising funds and M&A activity as well as day to day commercial leadership.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with Deloitte in London and is a BSc Engineering Science from the University of Warwick.
Richard is an investment professional with over 15 years’ experience of working with SMEs and is a non-executive director, supporting Indigo-Belcom with its ambitious growth strategy and acquisition activities. He is a Partner at Growth Capital Partners, where he is a core member of the investment committee and leads the investment activity in the TMT sector, playing a central role in new deals and portfolio management across the firm. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Warwick.
Group Sales Director
Pat has over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry. He was a founding member and owner of Hutchison Communication Systems which was acquired by Spice plc in 2005. Pat has held senior operational posts with Hutchison Communication Systems UK and France, Hutchison Team Telecom and Indigo Telecom Group. As Group Sales Director, Pat is responsible for growing Indigo’s global services portfolio.
Group Operations Director
Ian has been in the telecoms industry for over 15 years. During that time Ian was part of the senior management team which formed Gridcom in 2001, leading to the acquisition of Crown Castle and subsequent £2.5B sale of National Grid Wireless to Macquarie Group. Accomplished in operations, project and customer delivery management in telecoms, broadcast & utility sectors.
